Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived an hour early for my 1:00 pm appointment. However, I wasn't seen until almost 1:25 pm. I was informed of the backup while waiting, however, and did receive apologies.
The administrative and clinical staffs were quite courteous and helpful. The MRI procedure lasted a little more than ten minutes during which the tech guided me through it. She told me what to expect and was most kind: I wanted to hug her afterwards!

My experience was mostly good. My scan was to be at 5 o'clock and they didn't call me be until 5:45 which was stressful but other than than everything was good.

The entire staff that I had interactions with were helpful and professional. The Glen Burnie facility is very clean and efficient. Appointments are readily available and results were sent to my physician within an hour.

Staff was very friendly and I was taken back for my X-rays within a few minutes. X-ray tech was very nice and professional. Very clean facility and have been there many times. Highly recommend.

For the MRI in Annapolis (Defense Highway) AND the PET CT in Glen Burnie, I felt I was in the best of hands. I was treated very warmly and professionally and my comfort seemed to be important to the staff who managed the procedures. Check in was a breeze. The office was clean, organized, and the staff exuded confidence--which helped allay any fears or concerns I had. Completely positive experience.

I have been going to Chesapeake Medical Imaging for many years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. It is close to where I live, it is the cleanest place on planet earth, staff is amazingly friendly, cheerful and happy, and I feel blessed to be able to go to a place like it, and it is so, so close and convenient. I stopped by Chesapeake Medical Imaging after leaving my Doctor's office to schedule an appointment for an MRI. I was told they could handle it immediately and did just that. I have always had great service from Chesapeake.

I'm one who gets panicky at the thought of an mri, but to tell the truth, I was not the least bit freaked out. The two ladies and the gentleman who assisted me due to my disability were wonderful, very accommodating. I need to have a brain mri and I'm very sure I'll go back to Chesapeake Imaging.

Always a more than satisfactory experience. Nice people, great service. I always insist on Chesapeake Medical Imaging when I need x-rays cat scans or mris. They re the very best.
