Pleasant administrative staff made the paperwork easy and check-in quick. Medical team handled a difficult test procedure with great professionalism and a "patient-first" attitude throughout.
Though nobody likes to have to submit to medical probing and prodding, if you gotta get checked out this is the place.

An overall nice experience. Check in was easy. I didn’t have to wait long before the tech came to get me. She was really friendly and upbeat. She talked to me throughout the MRI to let me know how things were progressing which helped it go by quickly. There was no check out so it was overall quick and easy.

My appointment at Chesapeake Imaging ( Glen Burnie) was truly a “5 Star” experience.. Waiting time was minimal, staff was professionally, welcoming and friendly and Dr. Tom Lank who performed my biopsy was outstanding. His “bedside manner” put me at ease immediately and the procedure was “over before I knew it!” He answered my questions in a manner that truly showed his understanding and compassion for me as his patient.
