Couldn't have gone better! They were able to see me on the same day and the test was done quickly and professionally. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Waiting room furniture was comfortable. All around good experience.

I was greeted once I entered the office, gave my name, date of birth, gave driver's license and medical insurance cards. Then I was called back for MRI shortly after. I love this location.

While this was not urgent, only a follow-up, I called on a Tuesday & got an appointment for the next day, Wednesday! Amazing. I was happy to be able to register online the afternoon before. The staff (making the appointment, front desk, techs Sheila & Alexa) were friendly & helpful. I was surprised the radiologists had no way to review the previous films from 2006 & 2007, but hopefully, since they are copies of MRI films taken at Chesapeake Imaging, they are in my file and can be compared to Wednesday’s MRI.
I signed a release for them to use gadolinium as the contrast, but I had no advance notice of this & had no clue about what this was. Surprisingly, after the MRI I asked about the likelihood of side effects and was told, oh, we don’t use that anymore, we use Dotarem. I looked it up & it’s gadolinium-based, but the release form should say Dotarem, not gadolinium.
It would also have helped if the techs would have told me what to expect noise-wise & how long it would take (I asked, & was told, but shouldn’t have had to ask). Patients should also be automatically be told to drink a lot of water after the MRI to flush the contrast out of one’s system. Sheila told me to, but only after I asked about potential side effects.

I can’t express how grateful I am to the staff. They were kind, thoughtful and caring to my needs. Each staff member took care of me with a smiling face and caring voice. I was well informed about my procedures and they even provided me with a warm blanket. Thanks to everyone.

Pleasant administrative staff made the paperwork easy and check-in quick. Medical team handled a difficult test procedure with great professionalism and a "patient-first" attitude throughout.
Though nobody likes to have to submit to medical probing and prodding, if you gotta get checked out this is the place.

An overall nice experience. Check in was easy. I didn’t have to wait long before the tech came to get me. She was really friendly and upbeat. She talked to me throughout the MRI to let me know how things were progressing which helped it go by quickly. There was no check out so it was overall quick and easy.
