Outstanding! This was the only radiology company that seemed to care about my urgency to get the CT. Kidney stone procedures are very different painwise, and time is critical if one is to get the better procedure (lithotripsy). Kimberly Pellone went above and beyond to get my CT authorized so I could get an appointment ASAP, whereas other radiology offices made no effort. I really appreciate it!
