Great experience. The front office staff were very professional and greeted me promptly upon arrival with a good morning and a smile. The MRI tech (James) was also very courteous and professional. He clearly explained the test procedure and ensured that I was comfortable. I highly recommend CMI for its services and location.

Fantastic to deal with these folks. Carmen in the front is extraordinary, friendly, helpful and cooperative. Even though I made a mistake in my appointment, she fit me in and took care of me… as always. Such a pleasure to visit and the staff is very friendly. Love them all!!

Amanda is wonderful, patient, professional and caring. She worked hard with my doctors office to take care of what was needed. She really cared about me and kept me updated. She was never in a rush and made me feel at ease. It was so nice to meet her in person and to have her to work with me through my MRI. Carmen and Kerrie-Anne were great professionals. I appreciate their mannerism. It helped me through this nervous process. The staff here eased my tension.
