The office in Bowie MD. better then calling the main number and make an appointment when u get someone takes your info to call u back and she doesn’t. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!! Very very poor service. NOT THE FIRST time I called the number and no one answer.

Their staff at the front desk is exceptionally helpful. I had an MRI and the technician was
outstanding. It was the minor details that made my experience feel comfortable. She asked what kind of music I liked and it was amazing what a difference that made. I had an MRI last year at a different facility and I vowed never to return. Chesapeake is exceptional. They are about their patients.

CT- Caree, the front desk receptionist, was very pleasant and proficient. She printed the paperwork I had filled out on Friday to prevent me from doing it twice in a short time. The entire staff is personable and friendly all around. The CT techs took care to thoroughly check my history and explain the process. Kudos for a great front desk...it is the face of the company and Caree exemplified that!
