Easy to schedule, imaging started & completed in a timely fashion, reports completed and posted appropriately. Friendly office staff. Have used the facility before and highly recommend.

The office in Bowie MD. better then calling the main number and make an appointment when u get someone takes your info to call u back and she doesn’t. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!! Very very poor service. NOT THE FIRST time I called the number and no one answer.

Their staff at the front desk is exceptionally helpful. I had an MRI and the technician was
outstanding. It was the minor details that made my experience feel comfortable. She asked what kind of music I liked and it was amazing what a difference that made. I had an MRI last year at a different facility and I vowed never to return. Chesapeake is exceptional. They are about their patients.
