I have used Chesapeake Medical Imaging Bowie on many occasions and can't say enough on the kindness and efficiency of the staff. I have a problem with enclosed spaces and they go out of their way to make sure I feel comfortable and secure. They are just absolutely the best at what they do, no doubt about it.

I was a little hesitant about going to a facility that I had never been to before. But that all changed as I entered. Everyone was polite and professional from check in to doing my imaging. They explained everything that was being done so that I could understand.

Jessie is the epitome of customer service and I was fortunate to see her again for my MRI. She remembered me and my condition from a previous visit. She is so real! She is empathetic, caring, and attentive and you all are fortunate to have someone with those qualities. The front receptionists and administrative staff are awesome as well...always handling entry and exit processes in a timely and friendly manner.

I had an MRI done on 1/27/2023 at noon. I don't know the tech's name, but she was awesome with everything, especially customer service.
