CMI facilities are always clean, have modern equipment and friendly staff, from the front desk to the techs. Renee and Kay were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and passionate about their craft.

This review was going to be a complaint because I could not reach anyone on the phone before my mammogram appointment in Annapolis. Carmen's sharing turned my life and morning around by accommodating me and moving my appointment to the Bowie location. I'd love to have her pleasant disposition working for the FDA!

What a great experience. I brought my mom, Joyce Bathgate, in for a PET scan. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. The front desk greeted us with a smile (Carmen has infectious smile). Theresa, the technologist, was fabulous. She ensured my mom was comfortable and her kindness was so appreciative. Carmen was apologetic because she had to call billing to process my mom's payment. Thank you Theresa and Carmen for your kind hearts!

I always select the Bowie location!! From the front desk and throughout the procedure... I feel cared for. Theresa (PET/CT) was fantastic and very supportive of the senior.
