The whole staff is very kind. They do a great job helping patients. Reason for 4 stars is that my wait was long. However when I inquired about this, the front desk staff apologized for the delay, but said I was next. The technician was friendly and took her time to get my x ray correct. I recommend this site. Waiting room was comfortable, technician was friendly and professional, all of the staff were welcoming. The technician didn't even deduct points when I missed the target with my old ear plugs.

How to be clear about their incompetence, lack of customer service and incorrect instructions. They wasted part of my day and then said that I would have to reschedule because they didn't inform me that I was not to take certain meds before an imaging. My doctor wrote a script because they preprint a pad for him. Never got even a call to apologize. I would not use them unless you had to. I am amazed about the lack of customer service. I only give one star because they didn't make me wait. But I walked out totally frustrated.
