Great experience. Was able to get a same day appointment and was in and out quickly. Results were sent quickly to my referring doctor and staff was courteous and friendly

Everyone was very cordial from the girl checking you in and especially the technician administering the scan.
One thing to be noted though: they could not find a vein to IV me because my instructions (pre scan) were to not drink or eat anything for four hours. Well I didn’t eat or drink since the previous night so I wasn’t hydrated enough to find a vein.
From what I am gathering, the person who does all the scheduling doesn’t know what procedures require being hydrated for an IV — hence, I was basically a ‘pin cushion’
I think some extra training on IV procedures might be needed. But everyone was pleasant and helpful to me.

Check in and paperwork method was helpful and the staff was friendly and considerate. During the test, the technician explained things and was helpful since I have a hearing problem.

The waiting time was good and the technician who conducted my test was excellent, explaining what she was doing and her bedside manner was great. My only complaint/suggestion is that the results be made directly to the patient as well as the doctor via a patient portal.
