Check in and paperwork method was helpful and the staff was friendly and considerate. During the test, the technician explained things and was helpful since I have a hearing problem.

I was a “walk in” but still didn’t have to wait too long. The Covid restrictions were handled responsibly. All attendants were very gracious.

The waiting time was good and the technician who conducted my test was excellent, explaining what she was doing and her bedside manner was great. My only complaint/suggestion is that the results be made directly to the patient as well as the doctor via a patient portal.

The staff was very friendly and explained every step of the process well so that you knew what to expect. Getting an MRI can be very intimidating and nerve wracking, but they made the process feel comfortable and easier to go through.
