Wonderful! My second time at Chesapeake on defense highway, And another very easy appointment. I am so claustrophobic, and have to have the wide open MRI. My first trip there A couple years ago was so easy with the open MRI. This time however, the morning I was to be tested the wide-open one wasn’t working. So I tried the cylinder one, it was short a little wide, but I couldn’t do it. They removed a pillow, made an adjustment with my arms and it was a piece of cake. It only took eight minutes as opposed to 20+, With the wide open one. And the staff is super friendly/supportive! I definitely won’t go anywhere else!

Not sure why they tell you to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to have to wait, but other then that it was smooth sailing. The young lady that did my mammogram was very friendly & gentle we talked/laughed the whole time. She made my day.

I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service I recieved. I really appeciate that for every stage that was explained to me I was given an opportunity to ask questions. I was very nervous and everyone went out of their way to calm me down. I experienced no after effects which is very high on my list.

I am always impressed with the warm reception I receive at Chesapeake and the professionalism of the staff.
I was especially pleased with the delightful technician who administered my mammogram. Unfortunately, I can’t recall her name, but she is excellent at her job, and is superb at making women feel comfortable and relaxed, and that is worth everything!

I was provided the information I needed in advance of my CT scan with contrast, using both text and email. When I arrived for my appointment, I received the instructions I needed to prepare on the spot (drinking one of the dyes). The scan itself, including IV, was efficient with plenty of instructions and explanation of what I would experience. I look forward to reviewing results with my doctor.

Wonderful experience. The place was immaculately clean staff was courteous and professional. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and I was out before my appointment was supposed to begin. Recommend this to anyone that needs medical imaging.
