I was more than pleased to find a friendly staff from the time I made my appointment until both of my visits were complete. It was necessary for me to have an open MRI and I was so grateful for the concern and attention that I received. On my second visit I was asked by Tiffany (to my amazement) if I wanted to listen to music and what I preferred. Her selections were fantastic.

Great, on-time customer service, with same appointment diagnosis. The only disappointment was that the clinic does not comply with current CDC guidance regarding masks (which are now not required in medical facilities). While it is important to comply with CDC guidance when masks are recommended due to a crisis, it is *ALSO* important to comply with guidance when the crisis is over.

Excellent service for annual mammograms. The technician was lovely and caring and made me feel very comfortable. I especially liked that the doctor on call provided me with the results almost immediately. I would definitely recommend Chesapeake imaging.

Prompt efficient and friendly. My only complaint was I was waiting on chest X-ray to see if I had pneumonia and they did not send it to my doc until I called and requested them to. 1-3 business days is not ok if you are in critical situation

Front desk staff and technicians are excellent. When having annual mammogram Radiologist reads the film, and gives you results during your appointment.
