I had an appointment and was called back very soon after scheduled time.
My tech was beyond friendly and accommodating. She described everything that was going to be happening with my scan & answered my questions!
I’ve been to this locale several times~5 stars for me!

CMI staff are excellent. The first facility did not provide walk in x-rays but gave us directions to a close by facility. They called ahead to let them know we were on our way. We had to wait a while since this is a walkin facility but once we were called the technician was fast and efficient. I've used this facility in the past and much prefer it to the other imaging facility in the area.

It was excellent service. They were very friendly and professional on arranging my almost immediate appointment. I waited only about 10 mins. The procedure took maybe 10 mins. It was quick and professional. I have since read the report and even I can understand it.

Arrived at scheduled appointment time and had only a short wait for for ultrasound and radiograph. All in all everything was efficient and everyone including technicians were pleasant which was a refreshing change these days. Wish the scheduling /appointment person had been as nice as the technicians. Scheduler was darned right rude hence only 4 stars.
