The ultrasound technicians and front desk were wonderful however the response time for results to be read by the radiologist was terrible. Each time I've looked in the patient portal, the estimated date the results will be available has been pushed out. Save yourself the anxiety of waiting, particularly for non-routine diagnostics, and go somewhere with timely turnaround.

The staff and atmosphere are 5 stars. The report from the radiologist is not specific and isn’t in the same format as other reports from radiologists from here or other locations.

Had an arthroscopy today - an MRI with contrast injection directly into the joint. I was very anxious for the injection because I read that it hurts. Believe it or not I felt virtually nothing. The doctor that did the injection was gentle and explained everything each step of the way. The MRI was quick, but I got very dizzy after. They were kind enough to let me lay down and recover before I left. They even gave me apple juice and cheese-its! They made sure I was okay before I left. Definitely 5 stars.

The wait was minimal; the lobby was set up for people to be six feet apart; the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and the clinicians had excellent skills.

So professional from the front desk to the technicians and doctors. I have all my imaging done here and have had some serious medical things to address and have always felt they have my best interest. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to medical imaging for the last few years. The staff is busy but always friendly and professional. They verify your personal information (to ensure they have the correct person); they make sure you’re comfortable; you’re not waiting forever to be seen. Was squeezed in on the same day for a STAT MRI. I was given excellent and compassionate care. MRI technicians were very helpful and all of the staff was very friendly. Results were to my doctor in one hour. Impressive.

I had an excellent experience 2/7/22 Everyone was professional and friendly. The waiting room was full but they managed to see all of the patients rapidly. Polite and kind care given which is important to me.
