Service was impeccable. The staff are well-organized, proficient, and super helpful. I arrived on time, filled out a few forms, and was quickly called for an MRI. The imagine specialist did her job flawlessly and made the whole experience easy as pie. It's wonderful to visit a medical facility clearly focused on caring for their patients with a staff that works together seamlessly. I highly recommend this facility.

Overall a good experience but a couple of things: there is no need to require people to come 30 minutes before their appointment. It takes 5 minutes to update forms. Also, I don't know if this is because of the machines, but it is FREEZING in the exam room, not good when you are getting a mammogram.

I waited for over an hour to be seen. Apparently my doctor sent a referral with the wrong information on it. I sent the referral information to CMI 2 weeks prior to my appointment. I guess they don’t look at your referral until the day of your appt? Needless to say I had to wait for a new referral to be faxed from my doctor. Once it came through I was quick to be seen. Unfortunately the tech that saw me seemed to be in a hurry and wasn’t very personable. Not an ideal situation considering I was there for a 6 month diagnostic mammogram. On the plus side the doctor was very friendly as usual.

Cheapeake of Bowie is always wonderful. When AA was reading all wrong I found you guys many many years ago. The ladies at the desks have always been wonderful ( wish I remembered all their names). They always get me in fast. The MRI ppl are super. Having back issues are no joke and they are super with me. Thank you all for always making me feel comfortable when I’m hurting so bad inside. Thank you. You all are the best.

The ultrasound technicians were wonderful however the response time for results to be read by the radiologist was terrible. Each time I've looked in the portal, the estimated date the results will be available has been pushed out further. Save yourself the anxiety of waiting, particularly for non-routine diagnostics, and go somewhere with timely turnaround.
