My experience was nice. The front desk staff to back office Techs. They were all very pleasant. I was in and out quickly for my CT scan. The tech explained very thoroughly what the procedure entailed and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend them to others.

My experience could not have been better. Front seat was so friendly and helpful. I was admitted promptly and on time. The online. Admission forms were easy to access and complete. The best of all was the radiologist who was so upbeat and joyful it made the whole experience a very pleasant one.

Compared to my experience with Advanced Radiology, Chesapeake Medical Imaging Annapolis has a better system specially with billing patient's responsibility. They make sure they pre authorize with your insurance and only bill you what you really need to pay at the time of service. Advanced Radiology billed me $455 when in fact my insurance paid for the whole amount. On top of that it took 4 weeks to refund me the money in a form of check instead of just crediting it back to the card that I used.

Waiting time is minimal. The front desk personnel are always very friendly and helpful. The MRI techs are very accommodating and understanding. I coughed in the middle and that segment was repeated in about 5 minutes or less. I always choose Chesapeake Medical Imaging over Anne Arundel Medical Center.

I was a bit anxious about having a needle injection into my shoulder joint...it was all for nothing. Technologist and doctor were incredible! It did not hurt at all.
