The MRI technician, Brandon, was fantastic. Such a soothing voice in this environment. Very caring. The front staff could have been more helpful with some paperwork issues I encountered.

Easy to schedule and transmit documents/patient forms. Very little wait time after check-in. Staff and technician very friendly but professional.
Highly recommend the Annapolis, MD facility for your imaging needs.

The actual imaging work was excellent, great rapport with the tech and doctor.
However the up-front online paperwork I first prepared & submitted a week prior, took me almost 20 minutes to complete. Then on Monday I got an email asking me to complete the form, and I had to send another photo of the original Dr request. On arrival at the location, I was again asked to show the ID and insurance cards, something I had submitted by photos a week prior.
I was discussing all this with my partner while we waited in the lobby, and another patient commented that she too had a poor experience with the system, commenting that "now the patient is expected to do the work of the admitting staff, and it takes a lot longer that way". For these reasons your rating was only 4 stars, not 5.
