Staff is very professional and courteous. Equipment is modern and appears well maintained Cleanliness is excellent. COVID 19 protocol followed. Waiting room and parking lot desperately need redesigned. All in all a very good experience.

Very nice facility and SUPER efficient. I was in pain and balking at having to be there 30 mins. before my appt. BUT they called me back 15 mins. before my scheduled appt., and I completed my TWO exams by 3:13 (my appt. was scheduled for 3:00). Oh, and these were same-day appts. Very pleasantly surprised.

While having an MRI and being in a “tube” for 45 minutes is not exactly my idea of fun the technician at your Annapolis office made it bearable. She was excellent and kudos to her.She made me feel relaxed and talked me through the procedure. Would definitely give a top notch rating.

I love this place. The front desk personnel are fantastic, there is a short wait, the x ray and imaging techs are stupendous and overall, I'd rate them a ten. I like the varied locations and being able to be sent my results Via email. My surgeon at JHH Bayview wanted my images Uploaded to Ambra, Chesapeake said no problem. They answer their phones extremely promptly. It's quite atypical in this day and age to have a great experience from beginning to end. Who answers their phone in two min.? Who takes you back in 5-10 min? Who does require a portal questionnaire/appt scheduling or ditto at point of service. Thank you Chesapeake!!

CMI Defense Hwy has a great team. When I arrived for my mammogram yesterday only to find out my Drs office never sent over needed paperwork, Elizabeth went to work to find a solution and even sat with me on my phone to work it out. It would have been easy for her to say, "come back when your paper work is settled". Very much appreciated her care and compassion. Jamie the technician was wonderful too. Thank you!

During the MRI of my head, I was not given any ear plugs, but instead only given ear muffs to wear. Previous MRI,s I was always given ear plugs and the ear muffs. The decibel level had to be well over 88dbs, much to loud for a man of 85 years old. I did mention it to the technician who performed the MRI to start handing out ear plugs first.

I had a referral but not an appointment. They found a way to get me in anyway. Brandon was friendly and professional as were the young ladies at the front desk. I hope I don't need to go back anytime soon, but if I need this type of medical service, this is where I would definitely go again!

This review is based on experience with getting Ultrasounds & an MRI done here. After overall experience I do recommend Chesapeake Medical Imaging off of Defense Hwy. I actually would give 4.5 stars if option. Pros: Friendly, helpful, efficient & courtesy staff. Cons: Didn't give online option to fill out paperwork ahead of time which meant arriving 30 mins prior to appointment time. When your in pain or have an issue sitting & filling out paperwork is not ideal nor comfortable. Parking lot can get really busy so going earlier is recommended otherwise one will end up parking much further away. Mask are required currently still required here.
