I was a walk-in patient needing a chest X-ray. My wait was less than 10 minutes including filling out the forms. The X-ray techs were courteous and professional and I was good to go in another 5 minutes.

Both Brandy and Rachel went out of their way to be helpful, kind & respectful to me.
Since I had another similar procedure scheduled for the following week, Brandy organized my schedule so both could be done at the same time. In addition, they took me in earlier than schedule and were extremely efficient.

THIS WAS MY 4TH OR 5TH MRI THIS TEAR AND MY WIFE HAS HAS 2.AS ALWAYS THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. NO PROBLEMS ANDI AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC AND HAVE AN IMPLANT THAT HAS TO BE DEALT WITH. ALL GOOD!

Unbelievably stellar service! I had a mammogram scheduled for 8:50am and a bone density scan for 10am — I walked in at 8:50 and walked out at 9:15 with both tests completed! You can’t find better medical imaging anywhere!

I was taken very quickly. The technician was extremely patient and kind -- this was my first MRI and I was concerned with the loud noises and about feeling claustrophobic. She told me what to expect, she played music during the procedure and also gave me time-updates. It went very smoothly and was not as bad as I had imagined.
