I am a lifelong female with a traditionally male name. The technician called my name with Mr. When I stood up she gave me a questioning look and repeated what she had said. There is no need to use a title. Many places just say: “Last name _____” or say the full name with no title. Especially with all the complicated concerns of today, something simple with no title makes for sense and avoids being offensive.

I was a walk-in patient needing a chest X-ray. My wait was less than 10 minutes including filling out the forms. The X-ray techs were courteous and professional and I was good to go in another 5 minutes.

Since I had another similar procedure scheduled for the following week, Brandy organized my schedule so both could be done at the same time. In addition, they took me in earlier than schedule and were extremely efficient.

Unbelievably stellar service! I had a mammogram scheduled for 8:50am and a bone density scan for 10am — I walked in at 8:50 and walked out at 9:15 with both tests completed! You can’t find better medical imaging anywhere!
