Perfect! I have serious anxiety about getting MRI’s. The staff went above and beyond to make sure it went well and stress free. I could not be happier and left feeling relaxed and relieved. Thank you Chesapeake!!

I was very happy with my visit. The Doctor was very kind and explained everything he was doing and the nurse was fabulous. Her name was Stephanie.

I had a MRI on my shoulder. Everyone was wonderful, but especially my tech Ronda. I am very claustrophobic! She was helpful, competent, kind and a great coach. She got me through it. I would not ask for another one, but if I had to do one in future, I want Ronda!!! I also would use Chesapeake Radiology again.

Everyone was kind and efficient as could be. I happened to walk out with another patient and we each said " I would love to work there".
And yes, the imaging is perfect and the readings timely and comprehensive. I have been a practicing physician for 44 years, I have used a variety of imaging services in my practice, none better.

Chesapeake Medical Imaging is the only place I will get mammograms. They are so thorough and so gentle and you hear from the doctor the same day. It makes the whole experience so much easier.

Great! I was able to get an appointment later that day and was in an out of the appointment very quickly. Staff was very helpful and the tech working with me was courteous, patient, and had a good sensing humor. She made me feel very comfortable.

I had previously called Dr and was told order had been FAXED. It had not. CMI staff repeatedly contacted them until the order came. I had to wait over 1 hour but it wasn’t CMI fault. It was late but they still did the procedure.

The staff was helpful and efficent, explained procedures, and the tech who did my test was gentle and pleasant to deal with. But your online check in is impossible. I spent hours over days filling in the answers and at the end got an error message and was unable to submit. Also got a message saying all spaces must be propagated. I'm a native English speaker and retired teacher. Pls define propagate in this context. If you mean the spaces must be filled in, say so. Despite answering all the questions of medical history etc it still refused to accept my check-in. Fortunately i was able to be seen for the test but had some anxious moments about this. All of your clients are ill and many are old. Please don't add to their stress by making it hard to sign in. I hope to get results as soon as they are available. Thank you for considering these issues. You are providing a critical and necessary service.
