Friendly helpful Receptionist! I like the larger waiting areas which, by the way, appeared very clean and smelled clean. I really appreciate the friendly attentive PA Dr. Pendleton. She made me feel like I mattered as a person and was attentively listening to me when I had questions. She was very responsive in trying to solve my questions with her professional opinions. She thoroughly reviewed my Chart in the Portal as well. I am pleased with the care I received. Thank you!

Everyone is very nice and polite and friendly. Dr.Ahmed is polite as anyone who you will ever meet. He listens to all of my problems and always wants to help me solve what is wrong me. I enjoy going to the doctor when I have to.

All personnel I have had contact with have been
attentive, kind and professional.
The wait time for an appointment. It's usually short within ten minutes or so.
The doctors I've had appointments with take the time to listen. Do any of my complaints or questions and answer by the doctors and their staff members without making me feel stupid.
I would highly recommend the Baptist healthcare group. Too anyone.

We love our Primary Care office because from the time we check in to seeing our doctor and her nurse to checking out, these wonderful people are so caring, so willing to help us with anything, and they show us compassion,love and respect. We have ben with Baptist Primary Care since before they came to our hometown, to when they moved to first one location then to the present location in Fl. We would never consider going to another place for our health care.
