The location is a little easier to get in and out.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really like the ability to call in and make appointments or ask questions without having to text, email, or leave message to get a response back. The doctors are very knowledgeable in their fields.

The facility is clean and the staff is very welcoming. The wait time to see my doctor is reasonable. Most importantly, my doctor listens to me, and he does not rush me to go to his next patient.

The new facility is very nice. The front office staff is pleasant, but I especially love my provider and her MA. Michelle and Laura are the best. They have taken great care of me any my family over the years.

I love my NP Michelle Pendleton, her nurse and all the staff that moved from the St Marys to the Hwy 17 and then to the new office. I moved to near Savannah in 2023 but still make the drive for my car because of them. I do not like the facility, everything about the care team is special. They make you feel like family but the new facility is cold and sterile feeling. A health care facility can both be warm and comforting and hygienic. It feels very disorganized walking around now as well.
My praise will always be the care I get from Michelle and her all of her amazing team. You can tell there is amazing mutual respect in the office because of how they all treat each other and us.
