At this point - everything! The transfer to Baptist Health has been such an improvement in so many ways! The medical care certainly, but the efficiency of the staff overall. I have had two problems in recent weeks with my pharmacy through a lack of communication on their part. When I sent the problem to Baptist Health it was taken care of the next day! Add the friendliness, and the general feeling of wellbeing when there - GREAT! THANK YOU!

Dr. Pinkston knew what i was there for. When he walked in, he didn't ask what I was here for. Everybody was nice. Didn't have to wait long before seeing the doctor. Also, has a lab on site.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, from the moment you arrive. Waiting time is minimal and the waiting room is quiet and calm. Dr. Pinkston is extremely knowledgeable but at the same time, is a good listener and an empathetic person. I actually enjoy going to the doctor at Nassau Crossing!
