Front office staff (receptionist) was extremely helpful and friendly. Every employee that I had contact with including the doctor, were very helpful and had great attitudes! This is something that I rarely experience anymore.

Everyone is so nice and followed-up as they promised. I forgot how it felt to truly have a doctor who cares. Staff are equally as nice. I am so blessed to have found such a wonderful healthcare team.

Dr Pinkston, is very attentive and proactive. He listens and explains best action without trying to overwhelm with what is needed now and what can wait. I highly recommend the staff as well they get you in and out quickly and efficiently.

It’s spotless! Very clean! Wonderful front desk staff! The nurse / tech who took my blood pressure and information was very nice and respectful. Dr. Pinkston is great! Takes his time and listens! I never feel rushed !

Polite. Wasn't an assembly line. I had several minutes with the doctor. A doc who spends 3 minutes with someone is guessing. I can do that on webMD. A doc who spends 15 min and asks follow up questions is a much better guesser, can develop some rapport and maybe discover more info. Overall the closer to a concierge type of service, the higher quality that it will be and I'm guessing with less malpractice.

Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Pinkston is outstanding. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. He makes me feel like he really cares about my health. I just wish the practice was not moving. I prefer the current location.
