The staff is always warm and welcoming. Information is taken and given with efficiency, and in the same warm mode. Dr. Pinkston has been an answer to prayer (yes, I believe that. I'm a retired minister). The whole situation coming to Baptist Health after more than one problem with Brunswick Hospital has been a calming factor of feeling comfortable about my healthcare.

Everything is outstanding, but what I like best is how friendly, kind and helpful everyone is, from the moment you walk in. The office has a good parking ratio and is a convenient location. The building is attractive, modern, and in good repair. The cleaning crew does a good job. The temperature control is set a a level that is comfortable. Lighting is adequate without being harsh. All staff members are pleasant and efficient. Dr. Pinkston is very responsive to my concerns.
