Staff is really nice, courteous and helpful, Especially Natalie, she epitomizes customer service, what a wonderful lady! Nurse Angela is also a great young lady, she gives painless shots (YAY!) The ladies in the lab section are also just as nice and friendly as they can be and Kendra is also very very good- draws blood and you don't know you have needle in you! Visits to the Nassau office are always pleasant. Dr Pinkston actually listens to you too.
