Friendly, caring, explains everything from check in to Doctor to check out. Listens to your complaints and tries to meet all your needs trying to find solutions to help resolve the problems, get to the root of the problems. Very caring.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Waiting area is very well furnished and accessible. Doctors and nurses are always familiar with your record and very professional. The "My Baptist" chart system is very easy to use and keeps all your records of readily available.

At this point - everything! The transfer to Baptist Health has been such an improvement in so many ways! The medical care certainly, but the efficiency of the staff overall. I have had two problems in recent weeks with my pharmacy through a lack of communication on their part. When I sent the problem to Baptist Health it was taken care of the next day!
Add the friendliness, and the general feeling of wellbeing when there - GREAT! THANK YOU!

Dr. Pinkston knew what i was there for. When he walked in, he didn't ask what I was here for. Everybody was nice. Didn't have to wait long before seeing the doctor. Also, has a lab on site.
