⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Patient Care I want to recognize two exceptional employees at Baptist Health South who made my visit an outstanding experience. From the moment I checked in, Cathy [last name] provided one of the best patient interactions I’ve ever experienced. She genuinely focused on me and took the time to explain my best options, even offering helpful information that will make my future visits much easier to manage. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. When it was time to check out, Amanda, Office Specialist, continued that same exceptional level of care and compassion. She made sure every one of my needs was addressed and worked with me to schedule future appointments that were convenient for my schedule—not simply what was easiest for the office. That level of patient-centered service is rare and greatly appreciated. Both Cathy and Amanda exemplify what outstanding customer service and compassionate healthcare should look like. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine concern for their patients deserve to be recognized. Baptist Health South—thank you for employing such remarkable people. Friendly helpful Receptionist! I like the larger waiting areas which, by the way, appeared very clean and smelled clean. I really appreciate the friendly attentive PA Dr. Pendleton. She made me feel like I mattered as a person and was attentively listening to me when I had questions. She was very responsive in trying to solve my questions with her professional opinions. She thoroughly reviewed my Chart in the Portal as well. I am pleased with the care I received. Thank you!

We love our Primary Care office because from the time we check in to seeing our doctor and her nurse to checking out, these wonderful people are so caring, so willing to help us with anything, and they show us compassion,love and respect. We have ben with Baptist Primary Care since before they came to our hometown, to when they moved to first one location then to the present location in Fl. We would never consider going to another place for our health care.

I’ve been going to Baptist Medical for almost 20 years. When they moved to Yulee from Camden County I thought I would hate it, but I don’t. The drive isn’t bad, the office is more organized, staff is friendly and professional as always. The lab is literally right down the hall and is so very convenient.
