We’ve only visited once but I’m impressed with the doctor and the staff. I’m especially happy with how quickly they got an MRI scheduled. And we already have a follow up appointment to hear the results. Very pleased so far

Joe the athletic trainer is an excellent addition to Dr Pinney’s staff. Cindy the X-ray tech is also excellent-very efficient. Dr Pinney is knowledgeable and explains things well.

I waited over 45 minutes and my appointment was at 9:00 in the morning. No one came to update me on the status. Very frustrating.

Dr Jack Pinney is certainly the most personal doctor I've ever known. He always focuses on the patient and does give the impression he is hurrying to get to someone else. He has a firm grasp on the details of previous visits and will take time to answer any questions and or make suggestions. His staff exhibits the same kind of focus and kindness.

Dr, is very informative, respectful, patient, caring and a wonderful DR. Seems to care a lot!!

Dr Pinney is personable but seems to always be in a rush to move onto the next patient. Since this clinic gives about 600 of these shots per month, it cannot be assumed that a new patient is familiar with the technique and it should be gone over at each of the three appointments for knee injections.
