Dr.Diaze and his staff are excellent!!! No problems ever with the care. The only problem is scheduling....He is such a great doctor it sometimes is difficult to get scheduling sooner than later, but we'll worth the wait for the outstanding care and bedside manner Dr. Diaz brings with every visit. I truly will miss his outstanding expertise and how quickly he can resolve the problem and provide a great care plan. I have personally seen Dr. Diaz for three different issues a knee, ankle, and chest injury and he is spot on....And the only physician who got to the bottom of the problem and help resolve it. I got nothing but great things to say about this man 😊

I arrived for a 10:30 appointment at 10:07 and after checking in asked where the bathroom was and the receptionist wouldn't tell me where it was. She said that they don't allow people to use the bathroom after they check-in. I proceeded to wait 35 mins to get to a room, then another 30 minutes to see the doctor. I had plenty of time to use the restroom if she would have just told me where it was. This set up my negative feelings towards this office.

Although the treatment did not work (which was always a possibility), Dr. Pinney kept track of my progress (or lack thereof), and kept me informed about my prognosis and possible long term benefit of the treatment. When it was determined that my knee was getting progressively worse, Dr. Pinney assisted me in obtaining a referral to an orthopedic surgeon.

A man with seemingly a lot of time to talk with me and has thoughtful suggestions and encouragement for my care. Is always current for questions and answers.. Very thoughtful about my needs without being overwhelming. His staff is always kind and helpful as well.
