I'm older.and I had pre existing health issues.so nothing is and exact science when trying to diagnose or pinpoint certain issues.but Jack seems knowledgeable and confident in trying to find a solution that works.Im doing therapy and working on strengthening my leg.you have to stay moving and be disciplined.no pain no gain.ive tried two of the prescribed pain meds but don't like either.I find the Tens therapy I use more effective.However I am going to request some cyclobenzaprine at my next appointment.it has always worked well for me.the staff is the best.you guys always treat me just fine

Dr Pinney is very thorough and truly listened to my issues. He came up with a plan that will improve my back condition He is extremely friendly and I never felt our time together was rushed. I appreciate the care he has given me and highly lrecommend him.

Never rushed and answers all the questions I have. You simply can’t get a better physician and we are lucky to have him. The staff in the office is beyond professional and caring. Just an excellent example of quality health care with a personal touch.

Great appointment; felt Dr. Jack P listened and had good explanations & solutions; knowledgeable; trustworthy; even had a little personal conversation; my spouse who joined me at my appointment is trying to change from her Mid Michigan doctor to Dr. Jack P. That should speak volumes!

Dr Pinney is very knowledgeable. He listens and takes the patient’s input into account when making a diagnosis. He explains treatment options and is willing to try various approaches. He and his staff are very courteous and make the patient feel comfortable and confident.

AJ Pinney is friendly and direct. It’s easy to ask questions. I do not particularly care for Keith who took my blood pressure. He is definitely not very personable or caring.

I love AJ and his staff! Getting in touch with him or his assistants, as they are always in a different office is nearly impossible. Getting a “note” to them, 1 time I never Got a call back, and had a scheduled appointment 4 days later. Another sent a message through the portal and it was 4 days for a call back. I wish He treated more issues, I sometimes Feel like he is the middle man, and than your referred to someone else! But I would refer my family and friends to start any process with him.
