Dr. Pinney doesn't just tell me what I want to hear, he tells me what I need to hear so that I can make an informed decision about my care. Example: I didn't want to take a certain medicine and he explained how it worked and why it would be good and gave me a choice to at least try it for 4 weeks and then circle back. He has shared X-rays and made an appointment to quickly follow-up on an MRI. Even though he has a busy practice, he doesn't make it feel rushed when he is conferring with me.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office In a long time. Dr. Pinney reviewed my health history with me, discussed the MRI and x-rays, and gave me options about how to proceed. I have been seeing various doctors for 18 months, trying to get answers for a health issue. I finally got answers and received the car that I needed to get relief from the problem.

I waited in a room for 45 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Pinney was great. His staff member Joe who came in afterwards was borderline rude. He handed me papers & asked if I had any questions. I didn't even know what he handed me, and he seemed very impatient in giving me the opportunity to look things over.

The wait list process is awful. It tends you the appointment will be held until xx time but a minute after you receive it, it's no longer available. Over and over and over.

Very busy office probably should not accept new patients for a while. My first experience was horrible waiting, 2nd visit much better experience but my appointment got moved twice. My summer has been miserable. NPR s should be trained to do the shots freeing up the Dr .
