Very friendly and as stroke survivor, EASILY explains things and I need that. Very upbeat and great to see. Just love how easy she is to talk to. Molly LISTENS and explains why or why something is or isn't a good idea to do. Very grateful to her for her compassion and helping me...I would highly recommend Molly Minard to anyone

Doctor Lemos has been treating my disabled sister for 2 broken bone events due to falls. He has done an excellent job of being understanding of her situation and the circumstances of her condition. His explanation of the treatment, the healing process and options for care was excellent and very understandable. We were easily able to come to agreement on treatment plans for my sister. The office and imaging people were also excellent in their treatment of her and their explanations of imaging results and scheduling.

I found the Doctor and his staff very pleasant, professional and compassionate to my needs. The appointment was prompt, and I feel my concerns were heard and acted on.

The doctor was very friendly, straight forward and answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised. Her office staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this specialist to anyone.

Molly has treated me for several years for either knee or shoulders. Now may heal. She is never on her phone, uses direct eye contact which makes me know she is hearing me. She remembers our conversations and is kind , truly cares, attentive to needs. She does not disregard ANY complaints as “being nothing”’or saying “ there is nothing wrong with you”. She is truly a great Dr./PA OR (better than a Dr) I would choose this lady to take care of myself or my family any day and very highly recommend this special, unique hard to find health care provider. Too bad she is not a pcp. They sure need better ones in this system and she would make the #1 list as there are not many out there like her who actually listen, hear, absorb, and care about the people she comes into contact with. Molly Minard would get 150 stars if I could give that many. Also regarding the office staff. She treats them no differently than her patients making this office a special, safe place to go. Office staff take after the teacher. Molly has spread a kindness on to them that they give back to the clients.

Molly in probably my favorite person in this system. She is kind and caring. Not on her phone as my ex pcp from my Mich or whatever it’s changed to. He would get a 0 for listening. She always gives direct eye contact which shows she IS listening and always remembers our conversations. Molly will let you know the truth and explains what needs to be done and why. As well as what could be next. Molly gets 150 if I could
