The office workers and Dr Akbar were great. They are very helpful and supportive. It takes a while for surgery since Dr has limited hours in Tawas. The most recent change is calling the office. It doesn't go directly to the office anymore. So, you are on the phone longer answering someone off-site to decide if they should forward you to the office. Do not like.

All the staff in the office are wonderful people. Not only do they know your history, they also take time with you to explain things. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything was great for the most part. But alot of us dont drive cause we are hurt or in a bad way. You should install a bench outside the office as well for people when we are done and waiting for our rides.

Ms. Maynard is excellent. Listens. Communicates well, and addresses my problems in a manner that is efficient and provides much needed relief. I have recommended several people to her and know at least two now use her services. I appreciate this provider and herstaff.
