This office is well managed in every way. Waiting area is large, clean and nicely furnished. The administrative staff is very courteous and efficient. The medical staff is friendly, professional and competent. The wait time is always minimal. Dr. Richard Bowles is great . He listens closely to my concerns and is very thorough in his questioning and analysis and is never rushed, but gives you the time you need. When I leave the office I feel that I have received the best possible care. --- I really can't say enough good things about the office. In every way it is a 5-star experience.

Treated respectfully and graciously as information was gathered. All the staff is welcoming and helpful. Dr. Lorenzana is easy to talk to about anything and is full of insightful recommendations. I love all the good men and women at any Baptist Health or Care Spot. Never had a negative experience.

Front desk are always, so nice. On the phone, checking in & out, always, considerate.The MA, Chris, I totally love her. She's professional, yet, personable. Dr Wainwright, always get things done. He's an excellent doctor.. He listens, gives thoughts, & opinions. I would recommend this office, to anyone. I'm very lucky to have this group taking care of my healthcare.

Dr. Bowles is my doctor and I believe he is the best along with all of his staff. My wife and I both have him as our primary care provider.

Friendly, staff always ready to help Office very clean, Doctor takes time with me and explains what if happening. About new drugs. When I leave the doctor walks me to the off and relays If I have another appt. There is never a SOUR face or a frown. Would recommend to friends. You are the best
