I received help immediately. I called and asked for a covid test, and was tested within the hour. It was positive so my medication was called in immediately after a brief facetime chat with the doctor. This was outstanding care.

The office had so many people in the waiting room when I arrived so I was worried about how long the wait would be. The whole process was so smooth from check in to being called back was less than 10 minutes! The doctor and nurse were both so kind and listened. I would definitely recommend

My appointment was 10:45, a staff member called and asked that I get there at 10:30. I got checked in at 10 to wait an hour before the doctor came in. The staff always seem to have an attitude for no reason. No apology for the long wait and no one checked in to say sorry for the wait but the doctor is running late or anything. Poor customer/patient service.

Dr. Ginart is so amazing and so patient. Check-in is easy. Since I was on time for my appointment I got called in as soon as my appointment time. Dr. Ginart helped me figure out what was wrong.

I had an early appointment (8:45) and was asked to arrive at 8:30. However, I didn't get to see the Dr until almost 9:30 because the previous patient took too long while filling electronic forms. That didn't seem acceptable. It seems to me there must be some kind of a support system that will allow, some of these electronically challenged patients still get through the checking process and not put the whole schedule behind.Dr was just telling waiting idle while other patients where there already.
