Always able to get appointment without long wait of weeks, etc. Friendly staff. Caring doctors and support staff. Appropriate time given to discuss patient needs. Dr Lorenzana listens. He has never spoken down to any of us. Always treated respectfully. Continuity of care. We had Dr [ ] for years and years before he retired and now have had Dr Lorenzana for years. Both doctors took time to know us as patients so that we never felt like we were a number.I think that is rare in todays environment . The only time we were not seen by our primary was in the instances we needed to be seen right away so to accommodate us, we were seen by nurse practitioner or one of the other doctors in the practice. Very happy with the care and service with history of between 25 - 30 years. Who can say that today?
