The ladies at the front desk always greet you with a smile and makes you feel like they know who you are and sometimes they will say hello Mrs. or Mr Doe. And your doctor nurses always are so happy and ask how you are doing today. The doctor is always jolly when he comes in and always is smiling or laughing at something you may have said to him. Plus he listens to what you have to say about yourself. And if he can take care of it himself he will or makes sure you are directed in the right direction.

Treated respectfully and graciously as information was gathered. All the staff is welcoming and helpful. Dr. Lorenzana is easy to talk to about anything and is full of insightful recommendations. I love all the good men and women at any Baptist Health or Care Spot. Never had a negative experience.

Ladies at check in/out are very friendly and helpful. Nurses are professional and kind. Doctor and PA’s LISTEN, make suggestions and talk to you as if you were a person. I go to the Doctor -I appreciate him treating me with respect and explaining things in a manner I can understand.
