Renee and the rest of the staff from the nurses to the ladies at the desk were ALL friendly, courteous, and thorough, and,seemed genuinely interested that I was taken care of. I have been to this office 3 times and each time I was thrilled with the care that I got. I have recommended this office to several of my friends - the patient care is outstanding! They are fantastic!

Renee is an exceptional clinician. She always takes time to listen and carefully explain everything. She is kind, compassionate and always strives to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Her assistant Josie is outstanding as well. They work well together as a team and excel in their clinical roles. They are definitely assets to MyMichigan Health

The entire staff is professional but also very kind. I am able to ask questions and never feel that I am being rushed. Renee Kern is very knowledgeable and I would recommend her and this office to anyone.

Ms. Kerns knows how to listen to her patients. She offers treatment options, optimism, and cares for your issue in relation to you as a whole person. Your not just your diagnosis.

I can't say enough about Ms Kern's professional, kind and concerned demeanor. She treats you as if you are her only patient. Medical professionals need to learn her communication and empathy skills.

Dr Pamela Fairchild is a great surgeon and an excellent Urogynicologist
She is very professional and kind. I have complete trust in her decisions and abilities to fix and repair even the most complex cases such as mine. The rating stars do not show numbers. I would definitely rate her as 10 excellent. No other doctors could fix my health problems. She was able to and was nice about it. I was afraid I would be stuck with my health problem all my life. I was lucky to find her through the MyMichigan Health Center in Alpena, Michigan.
