What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was so happy to finally get to see Dr. Schmidt. She was terrific, understanding and supportive of my issues. I do wish the Botox injections, that can be done in her Ann Arbor office, could be done here in Midland.

Wish I was familiar with my diagnosis. Didn't know what questions to ask. Was given a print out with info. And web sites to visit for additional questions I might have. Was given a referral.

Dr Schmidt seems very knowledgeable, but more surgeons are needed, . I will wait 7 months for this surgery. Quite a long time. Sure wish it was shorter.

This was my first visit with This was my first visit with Dr. Schmidt, she answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I was comfortable asking Dr. Schmidt questions. Overall it was a good visit.

Dr Schmidt was excellent. She spent the time needed to explain to me everything I needed to know and her staff made sure I was comfortable with everything that was said and done. A much better experience than when I was there 3 years ago and saw a different doctor.

I was very impressed with Dr. Schmidt, Ms. Kern, and the nurse/staff. Dr. Schmidt explained my condition and the options available for repair/surgery, and provided materials for my review. Dr. Schmidt thoroughly answered my questions, and I felt very confident in choosing this Womens Urogynecology Clinic.

The whole visit was just very informative and reassuring , I felt very comfortable and welcomed.

Seen Dr. Schmidt for concerns with prolapsed bladder and some incontinence. She was very easy to talk to and her knowledge in this area seemed exceptional.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Both the young woman that checked me in at the desk and the nurse who handled various duties during my appointment were friendly and very helpful and concerned about my comfort. They were both VERY efficient and knowledgeable in their specific duties without giving me an 'assembly line' feeling. I felt like a person not a number.

I’m very grateful for the bladder prolapse surgery! I have had so many benefits and relief of pain. She is an awesome surgeon. The staff in Midland was excellent. Thank you very much for the awesome care.

Only went once so far. Didn't wait long.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Office lady said I could use restroom prior to being seen even though signs all over said to ask in case I needed to give sample. Turns out I did need to give a sample right after going.
