Going to the eye doctor can be very stressful, especially when you have a serious retinal condition. The Retina Care Center staff quickly put you at ease. Dawn and Heather greet you with a smile and are very friendly. The techs always explain what they are doing and never rush you. Dr. Polk is beyond fantastic. He takes time to hear you and your concerns. He explains your condition and why he is taking the steps to help you. He ends every visit asking if you have any questions and that he is only a phone call away if you have any concerns once you leave. Dr. Polk saved my sight.

Yesterday was my first time at Dr. Tamez Office and it was eye-opening experience for me. The entire staff was courteous, polite, and professional. They made me feel welcome and understood. The doctor herself went over every procedure step-by-step and I was able to comprehend the entire situation. I look forward to going back and I thank God for her and the staff.
