Going to the eye doctor can be very stressful, especially when you have a serious retinal condition. The Retina Care Center staff quickly put you at ease. Dawn and Heather greet you with a smile and are very friendly. The techs always explain what they are doing and never rush you. Dr. Polk is beyond fantastic. He takes time to hear you and your concerns. He explains your condition and why he is taking the steps to help you. He ends every visit asking if you have any questions and that he is only a phone call away if you have any concerns once you leave. Dr. Polk saved my sight.

Dr. Polk performed emergency surgery on one of my eyes which had a retinal tear. He was very thorough in his examination and took the time to explain the surgery to us. He calmed any fears or concerns that we had about my condition or the procedure. His staff is very efficient and well organized. So glad I had Dr. Polk to take care of me! We highly recommend.
