We followed her from Shawnee to MWC. Been with her probably 10 years. We hear horrors from others about their primary not knowing them or their history. Not Dr Kidwell! Also very much worth mentioning is I feel that you could go in with a bruise on your ankle after traveling the world and she would say “yes it’s a bruise, but you were in Tunisia and got camel spores that infected it”. That is far fetched but our experience has been that she is above and beyond a doctors common medical knowledge. Don’t lose her!

It wasn’t the doctor. The staff need to know scheduling procedures. I don’t think most people would know the exact day they were at the doctor a year ago. There was no greeting when entering the facility. Had to assume which person was there to check you in and out
