It wasn’t the doctor. The staff need to know scheduling procedures. I don’t think most people would know the exact day they were at the doctor a year ago. There was no greeting when entering the facility. Had to assume which person was there to check you in and out

Dr Avery was very pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable. I love that she didn't seek to put me on medications right away. I believe if it was necessary to put me on medications right away she would have said something.

He has listened and taken action in testing for a wide range of indicators that would provide a diagnosis in line with my symptoms, and while not finding a diagnosis, he provided me with medication that has greatly decreased my symptoms. He has been following up to track how well the medicine is managing my issues, and he has made treatment modifications to achieve a greater amount relief of my symptoms. One might say that is what a doctor should do, but I can't express enough how tremendously helpful his treatment has been to me.

He is very good at explaining things to you and always ask you if there is anything else or any concerns you may have about what he has discussed with you. Always has excellent medical knowledge and talks to you and takes time to listen to you. He gets a 10++ in my opinion as one of his new patients.
