I really appreciate Dr. Pfeifer. A lot of times doctors come in the patient room rushing, no time to listen and not making sure the patient understands what is going on. But, Dr. Pfeifer came in listening, already informed about what was going on with me, provided information and made sure I understood, had a vibe of compassion. She was not rushing as to say you are not my only patient. I really appreciate Dr. Pfeifer.

Did take the time to explain what was going on and what the plan was to take care of the problems and did take time to explain everything very well. If we did not understand don’t know all the people’s names but they were very, very helpful. even left my umbrella, and they even chased me down to get it while I was in the parking lot.
