One negative aspect is that I had to wait over 45 minutes between the time the MA took my vitals and the time Dr. Williams came in.

My physician as well as associate PA and NP are knowledgeable and readily engage in dialogue regarding my condition and potential treatment options.

When Dr. Williams finally came to my exam room, I told her I had been waiting 55 minutes In that room and that was not acceptable to me. She apologized and got visibly upset and began tearing up and said to me 'sometimes we have to say goodbye to our patients'. I can understand that but no one came to me or offered an explanation as to why I was having to wait so long. The rest of the visit was quite awkward with very little communication between the two of us and she never asked me If I had any questions. I have never experienced a doctors visit like this one.

Dr. Williams lacked any empathy or kindness. I accept that there is no magically solution for my situation, but she was cold and borderline cruel with her approach.

Dr. Williams is great! She is professional, yet also personable. She listens to me and talks with me about a plan of care.
