Dr. Riley seemed very knowledgeable and pinpointed exactly what was happening to my eye. He was friendly but professional and put me at ease explaining my problem and what to do and what to possibly expect in the future. I highly recommend him.

I had an excellent experience with this eye doctor. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His examination was extremely thorough, and he even checked a few things that had been overlooked by previous providers. His professionalism and genuine care made me feel fully reassured and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Riley was very busy the morning that I saw him and running about 45 minutes behind. But when it was finally my turn to see him, he treated me like I was the only patient he had. I truly felt like he had my best interest at the forefront. And he cared whether or not I was comfortable with his recommendations. When you get this kind of care from a provider, having to wait 45 minutes is very tolerable.

I think he is over scheduled and doesn�t have time to understand complaints. He is very nice but I don�t think he paid enough attention to my vision and complaints.

Dr. Riley always solves the problem. This time (and it has happened before) he found an eyelash sticking in my eye. He pulled it, and I feel like a new person. He made me feel that I wasn�t being paranoid. He is perfect, even when dealing with mundane problems.

I spoke to triage and was given an appointment the next day. I called that day to cancel, because I woke up with a bad cold. I was given an appointment the next day.
