I think he is over scheduled and doesn�t have time to understand complaints. He is very nice but I don�t think he paid enough attention to my vision and complaints.

Dr. Riley always solves the problem. This time (and it has happened before) he found an eyelash sticking in my eye. He pulled it, and I feel like a new person. He made me feel that I wasn�t being paranoid. He is perfect, even when dealing with mundane problems.

I spoke to triage and was given an appointment the next day. I called that day to cancel, because I woke up with a bad cold. I was given an appointment the next day.

Yes I would again. I have referred Dr.Riley to my sister who was a patient of his for years. Other than the long wait everyone and everything was great.

For the personnel I honestly believe Dr Riley is way over booked and if that was addressed everyone would be happier. I spent 3 hours there and he was running from room to room the entire time. Still people waiting on him when I left. I felt bad for him

I don't remember the name of the girl who checked us out but she was so nice and helpful. The sign said "in training" but she seemed more friendly and professional and helpful than any one I have dealt with since going to Dr. Riley

Dr Riley in intelligent, compassionate, thorough and kind. I went to see him with very painful eyes and terrible headaches. He did some testing, examined me and prescribed drops and tonight I am headache free.

Dr. Riley squeezed me in his schedule so I could resolve my eye issue before my cataract surgery. I can tell a difference with just one dose of the prescription. He�s my hero for the day.

I always receive all the testing needed during my visit and Dr Riley is always extremely professional. I always leave with all the after care info, if any, that I may need.

To be fair - I was told ahead of time to plan for a longer wait time because I was considered a Triage patient. I would have waited longer, so I greatly appreciate that I was processed in a couple of hours. THANK YOU

I didn�t catch his name, but the young man who took �live notations� while Dr. Riiley performed his examination of my very diseased eye also came across as highly competent, efficient, and caring � like a typical clinical professional at Spokane Eye Clinic.
