I know not everyone receives the highest level on a survey, but Dr. Johnson and his staff were amazing. As a first time patient, my wife and I were very impressed with Dr. Johnson and his staff. I look forward to receiving my treatment from him.

Nothing. Lobby wait was very short as was the time in the exam room. Very short time before the Dr. Came in and began his exam.

Based on our discussion about my long time hip pain, Dr Carroll gave me a hip injection. The result at this time is a significant reduction in hip pain. I am thinking I might need a second injection to address the remaining +-20% pain. I am very satisfied with my treatment at this time.

Dr. Carroll’s nurse was exceptionally thoughtful, skilled, and always makes me instantly at-ease. She made sure my ultrasound guided nerve injection was thorough and pain free. Kaitlyn has the perfect disposition for the medical/healthcare field, and should be recognized as the IDEAL person Thibodaux Health Systems and the community would want in charge of or care.

This was my very first visit with Dr. Carroll. She asked lots of questions and was very attentive to my answers. She did a thorough examination and told me what she thought the problem was, but ordered an MRI, not to miss any additional problems that may be present. The MRI was scheduled promptly. I was very satisfied with the doctor and her staff. I will be seeing her again to discuss test results and treatment.

The young lady at the appointment desk, I think her name might be Mia, but I’m not sure was extra kind. I’m old and I shake and I have memory Problems and she filled out a card for me and took special care that I understood everything.

She explained to me an injection that could help your arthritis in my knees. I have lightly been having quite a bit of trouble with them strictly as an aging problem. She said she would order the medicine I needed, and they would call me when it came and I should go back and she would use the injections on my knees. I am glad that I mentioned that to her.

Dr.Johnson is an excellent physician. He asks questions & explains everything we ask about & need to know. I highly recommend him to anyone needing pain management. He has superior bedside manners which is good for older people.

Every visit I have had with Dr. Steib has been pleasant. She is not just a great doctor she is also a great listener. Ms Chanel has went above and beyond to help me when I call and always return my calls in a timely manner she’s very kind and professional. I’m so happy to be under the care of a practiced that cares. Thanks to Dr. Steib and her team I’m on my way to feeling back to myself again.
