Dr. Johnson was very caring and definitely seemed to be determined to find out how he can fix the problem and ease my pain. He made a plan and started it right away.

The staff and doctor could not have been more accomadating. I look forward to my care from Dr. Johnson. I was well informed and happy to have his care.

Dr. Johnson was definitely trying to figure where the pain was coming from. He has a plan to try and get to the root of the problem and fix it or at least make it better.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
No. I had to sign papers for a procedure. They had to get insurance approval. Less than 24 hrs later I received the phone call and we scheduled an appointment. Very quick.

The intake nurse gave me a hug when I started crying. It made me feel so much better and did NOT make me feel like I was overreacting. Thank you!!!

Dr Johnson is Extremely genuine in his efforts to help me figure out where my back pain is coming from, but spoke with me about my more serious health conditions and concerns that need to be taken care of first. He didn’t have to but helped me understand my overall healthcare.

Dr. Johnson and his entire staff are amazing. Very understanding, friendly, and compassionate about your needs. The staff goes above and beyond to help everyone. Dr. Johnson explains and is very straightforward prior to any procedures that you may receive and or have done. Once you return for a follow up he will explain and show exactly what was done. I’m very satisfied with Dr. Johnson and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was super happy with my treatment by Dr. Johnson. He was extremely thorough, he was very personable, he explained the problem and the process in a way that I was able to understand. He's just one of the best doctor's with perfect bed side manners. I'm super happy that I was referred to him.

He takes his time and show the patient her condition on the diagram awhat his plains are and even goes goes back to previous x-rays for comparisons.explains himself so well that you are left with no questions when he asks.

I wouldn’t change a thing. If Dr Johnson would leave I would follow him to his next location he is very good and caring. He explains things where a lay person can understand what he is talking or explaining to you.

His medical assistant & nurse that I spoke with the day of my appointment were very attentive and very understanding. Dr. Johnson was also understanding of my concerns when it came to what I was asking of him, to give me some at home exercises that I could do to continue to do after having back surgery last year. Because during physical therapy I did learn that women are naturally weak in their lower back, hip, joint area. And he was glad to, even gave me a hand out

Takera is always nice and friendly. Nurse Kim is a sweetheart and accommodating. Dr. Johnson explains everything so you can understand and he is nice and has patience.

Dr. Johnson is an excellent doctor. And he goes over everything very understandable to me. And his nurse, Mrs. Kim. She is very nice. And she answered any of my questions. With no hesitation. She really knows her job.
