I was very impressed with the PA, that she had reviewed all of my records and was well informed of my total health symptoms. We discussed how I was going to address issues in steps of concern.

Nothing. My Nurse Practitioner was so nice She explained everything to me. I like her .She sat there and told me about the pain shot She was really good.

Dr. Carroll has been outstanding at listening to my concerns, addressing them, and recommending the treatment that she believes gives me the best chance for relief, explaining why it makes sense, and covering pros and cons. She and all of the nurses and support staff have been friendly and professional, putting my wife and I at ease.

I have already recommended a friend to go see Ms Caroline. I had pain for 5 months prior to seeing her and she had me almost pain free!

The nurse who did the initial intake was awesome. She listened and seemed genuinely empathetic.

I did have to wait a while between getting to the exam room and actually seeing Dr. Carroll.

Dr. Carroll agreed there is a need for the procedure she will be doing on my back. I have seen three physicians not affiliated with Thibodaux Regional, who did nothing more than injections since 2013. There was no change after every one, but they just kept doing it over and over again. I've been forced to live with extreme lower back pain all this time. Dr. Carroll is able to help me with this problem and willing to try to stop my suffering without hesitation. I thank Thibodaux Regional and Dr. Caroline Carroll.

Dr Carroll and her staff always take to explain and go over anything and everything regarding your care, there is no rushing you out of the room. It makes such a difference in healing when you know your provider and the staff really care
