Yes-In order to get results as soon as possible before the holiday weekend Dr Hebert took it upon himself to personally perform a bone biopsy on me so he could get a definitive diagnosis on my cancer. I was impressed with his dedication and concern for his patients .

My mother has been seen at the cancer institute for a year now and the staff that does her infusions are the best. Their goal is always to make sure that the patient knows what is being done, answer any questions they may have and make sure the patient is comfortable. They always have a smile on their faces and each and everyone of them help each other with caring for the patient. They are a true example of what a great team should be.

Everyone is very caring and professional. While dealing with my worries due to my cancer, I could not ask for a better team to help me through it all. As a note I moved to Florida and considered be referred closer to my new home, but due to my comfort at TRC I’ve elected to make that drive to stay with the people that have been great to me!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Obviously management is doing something right. What’s important is to keep the staff happy, because the smile on their face means a lot when it comes to caring about your patients.

Everyone I have had the occasion to deal with at the Oncology Center is personable and professional. I commend their camradery.

The service rendered from my entering the building and my departure after I had completed all of my appointments were awesome. I really felt the care and compassion from the staff on the first second and third floor.

Dr Udhrain is wonderful. I am so glad that he is my doctor and the staff. Also he’s always very pleasant answers on my questions very thoroughly and puts my mind at ease which is very important.

Dr Scott Hebert is well aware of the previous situation at the cancer center and he has been wonderful at hearing our concerns and going above and beyond. I would recommend him at a general oncologist to anyone

I love the openness of the facility and all the natural light Yesterday my visit went smoothly with minimal wait time. When you are ill and anxious a long wait time can be a torture. I DID NOT have that issue yesterday. Thank you God!!!

I was terrified of the unknown, Nurse Jackie ( ) and staff Sonia ( ) listened to my concerns and assured me that I was in the best hands. I’m thankful for them. Dr. Hebert sealed the deal and promised He would take care of my needs.

I’m at Demi for the first time and she was very nice. She took her time doing my vitals and getting me comfortable in my room. Of course, Dr. Arias takes his time and explains everything pertaining to my care.

I was left healing informed and comfortable in regard to my reasons for seeing Dr. Udhrain. Everything about the experience was professional and complete. I’m very grateful for their care.

Nurse Lauren on the chemo floor is amazing. Usually when they put the IV in my hand I feel it and it hurts but when she did my IV I didn't even know that she was finished with it because that is the first time I've ever had an IV in my hand and did not feel it. I hope that I get her for my last three treatments.
