Everyone is very caring and professional. While dealing with my worries due to my cancer, I could not ask for a better team to help me through it all. As a note I moved to Florida and considered be referred closer to my new home, but due to my comfort at TRC I’ve elected to make that drive to stay with the people that have been great to me!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Obviously management is doing something right. What’s important is to keep the staff happy, because the smile on their face means a lot when it comes to caring about your patients.

The service rendered from my entering the building and my departure after I had completed all of my appointments were awesome. I really felt the care and compassion from the staff on the first second and third floor.

Dr Scott Hebert is well aware of the previous situation at the cancer center and he has been wonderful at hearing our concerns and going above and beyond. I would recommend him at a general oncologist to anyone

I love the openness of the facility and all the natural light Yesterday my visit went smoothly with minimal wait time. When you are ill and anxious a long wait time can be a torture. I DID NOT have that issue yesterday. Thank you God!!!

I was terrified of the unknown, Nurse Jackie ( ) and staff Sonia ( ) listened to my concerns and assured me that I was in the best hands. I’m thankful for them. Dr. Hebert sealed the deal and promised He would take care of my needs.

Courtney in Chemo spotted possible area with blood clots prior to injection for IV. She callled my Doctor and got further verification done. She did the right rhing. Sent me back to Dr. Hebert, he ordered ultra sound test and it was confirmed blood clots but in small veins. It could have easily been in a large vein and her acrion would have saved my life. She refised to go any further until Dr got involved. She is an excellent nurse and did the right thing regardless of the time involved to possibly save a life. Thank God for her! She is an excellent nurse!!!

Mothing could have made it better. Courtney made it better. Thib Reg is blessed to have nurses such as her, and you do throughout the Chemo floor and in other areas.

Dr.Hebert has been detrimental to me in the care I needed for Breast Cancer. He and Ms. Sonja and all of the staff were and still is exemplary. I definitely would recommend Dr Hebert and the Cancer Center of Thibodaux..

Dr. S Hebert saw me as a new pt for a serious condition and he immediately recognized the urgency and gave me the help that I didn’t receive at Ochsners main campus a week before. He listened and went above and beyond calling other specialists while I was in his office to collaborate an admission to the hospital and I had a potentially life saving surgery just a couple of hours later. I am so thankful that God sent me to him.

Scott and Ann are much more than healthcare providers to me—they are like family. They consistently go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness, compassion, and dedication have meant so much throughout my cancer journey. During my recent hospital stay, both of them took the time to visit me, which was incredibly thoughtful and brought me great comfort. Knowing they cared enough to check on me personally meant the world to me. I recommend Scott as an oncologist to everyone I know, and I do so often. He is not only an outstanding physician but also a truly compassionate person who treats his patients with respect, dignity, and genuine concern. A special shout-out to Julia, whose beautiful smile is the first thing you see when you walk through the door. She always makes patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Dr Scott is an amazing doctor. When he wants a test done.they always put it at the wrong time like after he goes for the results he hasn’t even had the test. So it makes u go to him for nothing and then it worry until u see him later!!That is so it’s so wrong. They really need to work on this!! Dr Hebert is an amazing Dr. he’s so great!!Thanks😊
