My visit was very good. All personnel were very nice and explained everything they would do.

I feel lucky to have an excellent cancer center in good ole’ Thibodaux staffed with professional doctors and staff.

I thought Ryan did an excellent job of explaining the results of my pet scan and mri.

I think that we are very fortunate to have an institution like this in our area. I am very thankful and appreciative of everything they do. They are extremely friendly and very helpful.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I don’t think anything can be done to improve it. The only thing they have to keep doing what they’re doing now because it’s a wonderful feeling when you’re sick and you have awesome people like them.

Ryan [last name] explained my diagnosis and was very thorough and helpful. He took his time and gave us some insight into the treatment. I did not get this from Dr [last name] or his staff when I was first told I had breast cancer.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Dr Dang and Ryan [last name] (especially) provided me with much more detailed information than Dr [last name]’s office.

Dr. Dang and his team are AMAZING!!!! Dr. Dang went out of his way to reassured me that my therapy is on the mark! He was very compassionate and let me know my concerns are valid. I have recommended Dr Dang to several of my friends! Happy he is my Dr.!!!

When you have to go to the Cancer Center. You feel that this is the end of Life. Once inside to doors you are met with many smiling faces. Greeting you with good morning or afternoon. The entrance is like walking into an atrium. Very prestigious. Everyone is willing to assist you . The atmosphere has the appearance of neat and clean. No matter if there is hope for you or not comfort has replaced the doom and gloom that walked in with you. So each visit From then on is a sign of relief. Thank You for that moment.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
At this time I feel you as a patient is on your own just you and your Faith along with is offered to you upon entering the Cancer. Enter. Thanks for having places like this.
