If it wasn't for Dr Garces I would have been dead by now and not able to do the survey. He is an AMAZING Surgeon!!!!

I’ve never been seen in an emergency medical setting so quickly. The staff explained every step for me, and were well detailed in their questioning. Overall, it was an amazing visit and I will definitely be recommending this facility to my friends and family especially for the quick response that I received!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Little to nothing! The experience was great! Maybe add some free cookies in the waiting area, but I could see the sanitary concerns that would arise from such action.

Dr Sabir is knowledgeable, professional, approachable and engaging. He takes his time to explain results and his impressions and then made sure I understood and was on the same page. His staff are warm and friendly

From the moment we checked in the staff was amazing. The admitting clerk made sure all our information was correct , the triage nurse listened, and the doctor was professional, and polite.

I would highly recommend dr Garces! He’s a wonderful doctor in every aspect. He is top notch in his field, friendly and caring. He talks to you so you understand what he means and makes you feel so comfortable in what could be a tough situation when you talk breast cancer. If you can’t tell I’m super happy with dr Garces.

Dr.Garces is an excellent Dr. And all the staff are soooo very nice a d personable! I would tell anyone to go to him and his staff! He told me he was 99.8 % sure of his work and it is true! He did a fine job fir me! He's a fine Dr. I would say go if you got to! He is your best choice!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Gaces and his staff are friendly, informative and helpful. Unfortunately myMI Health System is allowing women to go without answers as MRI test results are not being processed in a timely manner. I had an appointment without the needed information from an unread MRI and I am still waiting for those results along with a backload of other patients.

I just appreciate The physician’s assistance Kevin. He was caring, considerate and even apologetic for something that he did not do. I know he could only treat me within his limitations but he didn’t dismiss me or my care as unimportant. He didn’t make me feel like a burden. Which was opposite of how the doctor at Covenant was. Thank you for the great bed side manner.
