Dr. Garces and his staff are wonderful. They listen to my concerns and address them in a way that I can understand. After my mastectomy Dr.Garces talked to my family in the waiting room while I was in recovery; they still talk about how pleasant and informative he was.

That he is extremely kind and compassionate. He always addresses my concerns and explains everything so that I understand. His nurse is also great. She always calls me back when I have questions and if she's not sure of the answer she will find out and call me back. I consider myself very lucky to have this team on my side

My Daughter and were extremely impressed with their professionalism and carefully explaining my particular situation and answering any questions. We left feeling informed as much as possible . The navigators in this facility continued to call provide updates.

Dr Garces is DEDICATED to his patients. I never felt like a cookie-cutter patient in his office. Early in treatment I experienced a miscommunication during and MRI...I shared my upset in an email, and the VERY next day, Dr. Garces called me. He apologized for a less than excellent experience ( in which he had no part) and assured me I would not experience such again...and I never did. He was also personally active in support activities, like the Hockey Game at the Dow Center. He is very special and perfect for his profession.

I Highly recommend Dr. Graces and his team for any and all oncologist surgeon needs. He made it known right from the start that it was my body my choice on which route I took and he would not try to sway my decision. My family and I were extremely comfortable with him and all the information he provide. Excellent Dr.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I will highly recommend Dr. Graces to anyone needing his service as an oncologist surgeon. He was very easy to talk with, made me feel extremely comfortable. He did not try to sway my decision. He gave me all information then time to make sure I was confident with my decision or if I wanted to change my mind. He made it clear right from the beginning that it was my body my choice. He walked my daughter and I step by step through what was going to happen. Leaving both of us very comfortable. I will utilize his services again should I need it for any of my oncology needs. Thank you Dr Grace's and your team. My family and I are very thankful to you all.
