Dr. Cox was very personable with my daughter. He spoke to her in a way she could understand and ensured her that the appt wasn’t for anything scary (like shots etc). Great with peds patients for sure!

He ask me good questions & I gave back honest answers. I do use my bi-pap a 100% it’s the only 2 get 6 or 7 hours of sleep,was really checked & receiving good info on onsite sleep . Com from D r Cox.

Dr. Cox and his office provide outstanding care. They are kind, prompt, and thorough. Dr. Cox’s knowledge and experience are obvious. He is a great listener and provides several treatment options with explanations to make sure you are comfortable with your plan. He especially did a great job of explaining expectations for my procedure.

Dr. Cox and his staff were friendly, caring and courteous. I'm so happy I chose him to be my ENT. Hopefully, he can help me get some relief and answers. I definitely felt like Dr. Cox listened and was concerned for my well-being.

My son is scared of most medical offices and thinks they are going to hurt him because of vaccines and the surgeries he has had. No matter how much we explain to him he is still super anxious. When we go to Dr. Cox’s office he is always excited to see him and correlates him with the TV show Blippi because he is so friend and easy for my son to talk to and makes just getting checked out fun for him and lets him help with his own care. He enjoys the staff in the office and has no problem going into this particular office and it makes me feel good because I don’t have to stress about his fears. Thank you Doctor and staff for making my son feel so welcome and comfortable.

I did tell family he was part of the reason I moved back to Michigan. I tell everyone that they have the best doctors, highly trained amd the best bedside manners. He right up there with the best of the best. I had throat cancer and he said sign of it returning.

Dr. Cox is one of the best children's specialty providers. He always takes time to actively listen to my concerns. At this last appointment he provided empathy and validation for the health concerns we noted. I wish more specialists could be like Dr. Cox.

Dr Cox’s office staff is very nice and welcoming. They are patient with my [AGE] yr old. Dr Cox is always willing to listen and talk about any concerns I have had. He also was amazing with explaining what to watch for going forward. Also gave me some good advice come summer time and swimming in lakes.

Great friend and doctor. Delightful when I go see him. I would recommend him 100%. Caring person and very upbeat and positive. Very knowledgeable and great surgeon.
