Dr.Cox is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. He always is kind and helpful. I genuinely leave the office feeling cared for and listened too. My surgery went smoothly and my aftercare was made so easily because of Dr.Cox and his staff. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for Dr.Cox and his staff for my care and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing to see an ENT.

Dr. Cox is amazing and is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is very thorough and takes the time to listen to concerns and answer questions. I felt like he genuinely cared about my health and appreciated how patient he was with me during my visit.

He was awesome I met him in ER on [DATE] weekend and after 4 trips to [HOSPITAL] with bloody nose the 5th time came to midland best decision I could have made. He set up surgery for me same day. He was in the building and agreed to see me. Such a caring man. So him at office for check up was very nice experience.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Coz had reviewed my test at the emergency room and gave instructions for a follow up exam in his office in 3-5 days. When we called, the office scheduler didn’t want to give us an appointment but rather schedule it out weeks later. My wife had to argue with the scheduler before she would give in and schedule an appointment 6 days from the emergency room visit.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Cox is such an amazing doctor. He is very skilled medically and is so great with our son. It is rare to find a doctor who is so personable and knowledgeable and we’re grateful for how he has helped our son! We really love his nurse, Melissa, as well. We have been generally unhappy with the front desk staff. When I call they have been short, rude, and inflexible. When I need to make appointments I typically just message Dr. Cox directly and he makes sure it is taken care of.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Cox is awesome! But reception iwasnt helpful at all when I called the office to get the name of a nasal spray he wanted me to use. My provider won't prescribe it for my nose was fractured. Needed the name and heat nothing back so I'm still suffering.

He is very caring and listens closely to what I have to say and answers the questions very clearly so I can understand what he is saying. Always ask how I feel or if I have any other questions or concerns. Fantastic Dr. for sure.

I highly recommend Dr. Cox!! He’s fantastic with my almost [AGE] yo child!! He helped him feel comfortable by being calm, friendly and showing him some magic tricks with the otoscope. My child is shy and usually a tough exam despite my attempts, but he did incredible for the exam because of how comfortable Dr. Cox made him feel!! Dr. Cox was also a great listener, very thorough, and explained things well. He even reached out after seeing my son’s xray results to let me know the findings. He’s a phenomenal doctor!!!

Dr Cox was great but if the hospital would get him the equipment he needs to do surgery then it would be more beneficial, I shouldn’t have to go to U of M to get taken care of.
