My first time dealing with this office and doctor and I was very impressed! The staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Cox was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, friendly and listened to my concerns.

Although we understand Dr Cox is a good ENT physician, he doesn’t do well or have patience’s for senior citizens that may have some difficulty communicating, to the point of rudeness. We did have an appointment and paid for our time with the doctor, and deserve the respect that we gave him.

Great staff and Dr Cox was great. He had a student and was considerate about asking if we were ok with the student being in the room which we were.

My entire experience with Dr. Cox has been positive and productive. Dr. Cox and his staff are always friendly, accommodating, and efficient. They have addressed a chronic issue and resolved it; I feel like I have my life back! I would recommend Dr. Cox and his staff for their caring, their genuine concern, and their proficiency.
