Excellent care from the staff and the dr. I said in my previous comments that I was met with great compassion from doctor cox which is something that you don't see very often and it is very much appreciated and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

He was compassionate and listened to my concerns, and very professionally explained everything he was doing for my examination and procedure, all while providing exceptional consideration for my anxiety. Everyone at the office was great, but it took so many months to be seen that the issue had fixed itself. So basically, I paid them to tell me that I'm perfectly fine.

Dr. Cox and his staff were very friendly, kind and thorough. He explained each step in cleaning the impacted wax in my ear.

After 4 years of having trouble with my ears, and 2 other ENT, Dr. Cox listened to me and took me seriously when I was talking to him about the trouble I have been having. I felt like he cared. I felt as if he truly wanted to figure out what was going on. I felt like he was reasonably trying to find solutions to the problem I have been having.

I would say that we had to wait a long time to get an appointment for a new patient and then had to wait a long time for a surgery date and we expressed concern over prolonged issues that were causing reoccurring illnesses and that we didn’t want to sustain the antibiotic for that long until a surgery could be performed. So the long wait was frustrating…however, we liked Dr Cox and his team very much. The surgery went smoothly and was much needed. The pre and post surgical team and Dr were amazing. The hospital staff went out of their way to help and made him happy. Everyone was great!!! I would highly recommend, just advise about the wait time to get an appointment. Perhaps that’s the reason I guess.

My daughter had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Dr, Cox was very reassuring, personable, and thorough in his explanations of the procedure and recovery. He talked to my daughter in a way that was appropriate for a [AGE] year old and made her feel very comfortable. The procedure was quick (15-20 minutes) and her recovery went well following his instructions. I would recommend Dr. Cox to anyone whose child needs an ENT.
