Dr. Cox is a very polite & understanding person. Dad had surgery done by Dr. Cox in early [YEAR] & we were back to address an issue with his voice/throat. Dr. Cox did a scope of dad's throat & explained every step of what he was going to do. Highly recommend Dr. Cox!

Dr. Cox and staff made it easy to discuss my hearing issue and had information explaining and regarding it on the computer at my appointment. I was seen quickly and felt my condition was examined and discussed thoroughly. Thank you Dr. Cox and staff.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cox. Over the course of my long-term care, he has consistently made me feel heard and has always taken the time to clearly explain everything in a way that builds confidence and trust. He never rushes appointments and always answers questions with patience and professionalism.

This was hands down the best appointment my mom has had. Dr Cox clearly did the research before her appointment regarding her situation. He came into the room attentive, kind and informed. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an ent. Additionally, the entire staff at this office is incredible. Thank you so much for the peace of mind you gave us. 🙏

Dr. Cox and his staff always show the utmost respect and support for myself and my wife when I go for my appointments. They listen to us and respond in ways that make the information clear for us. Everyone in the office, from the time we check in until the time we checkout are very friendly and caring.

Dr. Cox was very personable with my daughter. He spoke to her in a way she could understand and ensured her that the appt wasn’t for anything scary (like shots etc). Great with peds patients for sure!

He ask me good questions & I gave back honest answers. I do use my bi-pap a 100% it’s the only 2 get 6 or 7 hours of sleep,was really checked & receiving good info on onsite sleep . Com from D r Cox.

He is a great listener and provides several treatment options with explanations to make sure you are comfortable with your plan.
