Dr Cox was great but if the hospital would get him the equipment he needs to do surgery then it would be more beneficial, I shouldn’t have to go to U of M to get taken care of.

The office staff when I checked in were so friendly, and seem to love what they are doing. As far as the doctor, the care, concern and listening intently was such a comfort. He knew medically exactly what was going on and had a future plan for my care. I pray he never loses his bedside manner-

My son was scared about getting tubes. Dr Cox answer all his questions even if he asked twice. Dr Cox was very patient and spoke to him till he felt better. It has been so easy with Dr Cox as his doctor. All the staff members are fabulous and super nice.
