First, they are board certified headache/ migraine specialists.
Second, they have Eric Ponder who is an incredible communicator. I learn more in 10 minutes with Eric that all of the neurologists I've met with in Jacksonville. Neurological issues are never simple, but someone like Eric can provide understanding.

Eric Ponder is very Professional, answers any questions and gives alternative recommendations.
The current office staff is polite and they are always on time for appointments. I have been a patient for 10 years and watched many changes. I have notices a definite improvement over the past couple years.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Appointments are as close to time as possible. The medical professionals listen to concerns and give helpful advice. They take time to converse with you as a person not just a patient. I would say professional and personal are hallmarks of the practice.
