Eric Ponder, his MA, Barbara (Botox coordinator), and the receptionist are always a pleasure and help my appointments run smoothly and efficiently. The way they coordinate Botox is top tier! I always receive the best care here and my chronic migraines are well controlled because of it. Thank you!

Everyone is friendly, personable and have very caring attitudes. There is plenty of parking close to the entrance. The offices are very clean and bright. Some rooms have calming views of a lake. People take the time to put the patients at ease.

My RNP Amy is fabulous. She is very knowledgeable, kind, caring and professional. She has excellent bedside manner. She listens attentively to me and advises me accordingly.
The front desk staff is also very nice.

The people! I am a patient of Dr. [last name] and really like his medical plan for migraines. I now see his PA, Eric Ponder, for injections and treatment plans. He is a great listener and he always has some suggestions for making the migraines more tolerable.
The office staff is pleasant and always helpful. This is a great group of medical professionals!

I was amazed out how big the medical building was. I was seen on time. My doctor explained to me in plain english what was going on with me. I was surprised that they had a full lab downstairs. So when I left the doctors office all I had to do was go downstairs with no appointment and do my labwork that was ordered for me. I only had to wait 5 minutes before being called in to do the lab work.
