Dr Ashley Wolosonowich is a wonderful neurologist! She's very attentive to my chronic pain needs and genuinely cares about helping me. I'm very blessed to have her in my medical life. Kristi and Brittany are outstanding staff members who are always accommodating to my schedule--they really do go above and beyond the call of duty. They're very warm, welcoming and always have a big heart ❤️ and smile when they greet me! Kudos to all of you who make my life that much easier.

We have established an easy relationship which makes communication easy to follow and get where we need to be to accomplish in a reasonable time frame what needs to be done.

Ashley and most of the staff are great. However, I have had serious delays in getting phone calls returned (as long as 4-5 days)scheduling response delays. Have felt like I have gotten lost in the shuffle.

It's VERY hard to get to talk to a receptionist, you mostly get an answering machine for someone to return your call, which hardly ever happens. The Dr. has poor bedside manners, and seems very short with patient. I think the pain and spine clinic needs an entire going over. I see why they have such a poor rating.

This was a new patient visit. Everyone was very nice and concerned about why I was there. The only problem was it took 4 weeks to get an appointment, then another 2 weeks for a test, then another 4 weeks to get the results. After getting results from the test it is unknown how long it would take to actually get the procedure. In total it would take months to get something done. I know it’s not the fault of the pain center but more the health care system as a whole. This whole thing should have taken just weeks not months. I believe that the pain center and personal have done the best to their ability.

Very friendly staff, runs on time, Ashley is very nice and listens… which is a not always the case for women my age who are also overweight. The suggested treatment went very well and the results have been good so far. Very pleased to be going to The Spine & Pain Clinic.

My first visit to the office was great. I barely sat down in my seat and they were calling me back. Everyone working at the office was very friendly and helpful.
